Pipe Line Description:

The Olympic Pipe Line Company's system is composed of 6, 8, 12, 14, 16, and 20-inch diameter pipelines totaling approximately 400 miles. Olympic transports petroleum products from four refineries (Arco, Tosco, Tesoro, and Equilon) near Ferndale and Anacortes in the north to Seattle and Portland areas. Olympic also supplies fuel to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The pipeline transports gasoline, heating oil, diesel fuel, and jet fuel and is operated from the control center located in Renton, Washington.
