Approximately 70-80% of the states have already migrated over to the ATT accounts. If you haven't please do so as soon as possible. A quick and easy setup is all that it takes to be connected through ATT. The quicker we all move over to these new accounts the easier it will be to communicate electronic amongst the different pipeline offices. Your PSINET account will be disabled at the end of October. Please start your migration over to this new service as
soon as possible. When you do feel comfortable with the new AT&T service and do not need PSINET any longer please notify us as soon as possible (opshelp@napsr.net). With AT&T's service you will realize the improvement in functionality and features over PSINET.

- User controlled E-Mail forwarding.
- User controlled password modification and maintenance.
- More reliable and stable network.
- Simpler E-Mail addresses (everyone will have an email address of your State_Initials@napsr.net)
